Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Product Information & Quality 

All Luxe Krown Co products—including wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and accessories—are sourced and crafted with premium quality standards.
Due to the nature of raw and virgin hair, slight variations in colour, texture, and pattern are normal and do not qualify as defects.

 

2. Returns, Exchanges & Replacements 

2.1 Final Sale Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or standard exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

2.2 Defective Product Replacement

If a product is defective upon arrival, customers have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report the issue.
Eligible customers will receive a replacement of the same product once the product is inspected and confirmed defective.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and lace uncut.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Clear photo/video proof must be provided within the 48-hour window.

Failure to report within 48 hours voids the replacement policy.

 

3. Refunds 

Luxe Krown Co does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect length, texture, or pattern chosen

  • Incorrect head measurements

  • Misunderstood product descriptions

Only defective items reported within 48 hours qualify for replacement (see Section 2).

 

4. Processing & Shipping Time 

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 48 hours (2 business days).
Customised orders may require additional time.

4.2 Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed to the courier, Luxe Krown Co is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, theft, or unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Strikes

  • Holidays

  • Load shedding

  • Courier backlogs

All delivery timelines provided are estimates only.

 

5. Customisations, Measurements & Client Information 

Luxe Krown Co is not held liable for:

  • Incorrect head measurements provided by the customer

  • Incorrect address, contact details, or order specifications

  • Improper installation or incorrect handling of the product

  • Damage due to bleaching, colouring, plucking, or styling done by customer or stylist

All information submitted is assumed to be accurate and complete.

 

6. Wrong, Missing or Damaged Orders 

If your order arrives with:

  • Wrong items,

  • Missing items, or

  • Damage caused during transit,

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof. We will assist with replacements or corrections based on the evidence provided.

Failure to report within 48 hours releases Luxe Krown Co from liability.

 

7. Product Care Disclaimer

Longevity depends on proper care. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Heat tools

  • Chemicals

  • Incorrect product usage

  • Lack of maintenance

  • Rough handling

Care instructions are provided as guidance and do not guarantee results.

 

8. Payment Terms

Payments must be made in full before an order is processed.
Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in:

  • Immediate blacklisting

  • Removal of future purchasing rights

  • Reporting to payment platforms or legal authorities

 

9. Use of Photos & Content

By purchasing from Luxe Krown Co, you agree that images you share (reviews, installs, photos wearing our products) may be used for marketing unless you opt out in writing.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Luxe Krown Co Terms & Conditions.
